The only problem is that the up and right buttons on the D pad do not work, all other buttons work just fine. The cover plate is scratched up, but I have seen worse units. The closing clasp is broken. The battery cover is missing. And the cover on the right side, inside the unit is also missing. If you have any questions please ask.
